Hey, I'm Erica! I have been a licensed esthetician for about 9 years. After gaining years of experience, I decided to venture off and start my own business. That being the best decision ever made, I am now able to give my clients a more relaxed, one on one experience. Specializing in a quick, painless Brazilian wax and eyebrows, I've broadened my education and now offer more of the esthetics side doing brow lamination, lash lifts, and different facials etc. Located in the Jacksonville Towncenter for easy access and so many other things to do! I take pride in what I do and love every moment of it. The smiles and happiness from clients after their service are the reason why I do this. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to myself and other clients, please be on time as the towncenter traffic can be chaotic. If you are going to be late, please contact me within 5 minutes to let me know you're running behind. I have a 10-minute late policy in which I have the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a fee of 50%. I CHARGE 50% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL for no call no-shows, same day cancellations, and cancellations within 24 hours. If multiple services are booked and you decide to cancel one or more at the time of your appointment, that will be considered same day cancelation and will result in the 50% fee for that service. If your card declines, moving forward, you will be required to send the fee of half the service amount before being able to book again. All deposits are non refundable, non transferable.
