BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES • A 72-hour notice is required for all appointments. • All clients must have a valid credit/debit card on file. • Deposits are required 72 hours prior to your appointment. If the deposit is not paid on time, the card on file will be charged automatically. If the card declines, your appointment will be canceled and you will be notified. • If you prebook your next appointment while in the studio, you will receive a booking link. A deposit must be paid through that link at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • All bookings must be made through my website: erica.glossgenius.com. • If you contact me directly to book, your deposit will be charged the same day (the 72-hour rule does not apply in this case). • Full payment is due at the time of service. There will be no waiting for payday. LATE, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES •Arrivals more than 8 minutes late may result in cancellation and a 50% service charge. •Any no-call, no-show will be charged 50% of the service total. •If your card declines, your online booking access will be locked until the balance is paid. •If you book multiple services and remove one at the time of your appointment, you will still be charged 50% of the removed service. Example: Brazilian ($65) + Underarm ($25) → Removing underarm results in a total of $77.50. DEPOSIT POLICY •All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable • Deposits do not transfer to rescheduled appointments • A new deposit is required for any new booking GENERAL POLICIES •No extra guests, children, or animals are allowed in the treatment room (liability reasons). •Clients under 18 require parent/guardian consent. Brazilian waxes are not offered to anyone under 18. • Services scheduled before or after business hours require a $25 after-hours fee.
